Not bad! Depending on the rest of the setup you can use intel rapid start tech and a mobo that has m-sata slot so that you can get a small 32gb msata ssd and use that on your raptor hdd to mirror raid 1 for your os, move your 25gb ssd for games and keep your 1tb storage as is. That's just what I would do with your setup. If your board already is compatible with rapid start but no msata port then just get a small ssd for like $60 and your boot times will remain fast but your game loading will be even faster.
